We are seeking a motivated and technically talented individual to join our Product Support team as a Product Support Engineer. This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering a parental leave. As a key member of our Product Support team you will provide highquality support with technical issues and help identify insights that may contribute to future product development. The preferred location is our office in Turku while Espoo being an alternative. Hybrid work is also possible.
Troubleshooting technical problems and providing step-by-step guidance to customers.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identifying opportunities for product upselling and process improvements.
Providing accurate information about our products/services addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and collaborating with a high level of product knowledge.
Readiness to respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone email etc.) promptly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient and persistent approach to find solutions.
Self-guided way of working with ability to thrive in teamwork.
Aptitude in working within specified processes.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal: fluent in Finnish and English knowledge in Swedish is seen as an advantage.
Basic knowledge and understanding of databases (MySQL MongoDB JSON) and Code Java/Grails.
Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in technical support or relatable.
Suitable degree (. or .) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Finnish healthcare sector and welfare areas
Basic knowledge of integration messages (HL7 ADP)
