Buck & Rider is hiring very dynamic experienced polished and professional Maitre d; to join our team! We serve the freshest seafood in the valley create some of the tastiest craft cocktails and celebrate the best and swankiest Happy Hour in Phoenix!
The Maitre d position embodies professionalism poise and coolness under pressure. This position represents our brand and is the first impression of the restaurant. You must have a great attitude professional presentation and an individual chic style. You must love what hospitality is all about!

Maitre d at Buck &Rider is a high-profile position that ensures top line hospitality to our very discerning clientele. Maitre d at Buck earns top dollars for this position on our team they actually get tipped out by our servers! An average shift runs around $30/hour!
Day in the Life:
Day in the Life:
- Greet all incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm
- Seat guests present menus announce special events
- Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service
- Manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times
- Ensure tables are clear and ready for next guests according to brand standards
- Learn open table restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into service areas
- Accept direction from Management
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Compensation: $12.15 - $45.00 per hour

Housed in an Australian-inspired dwellings their rugged architecture nestles a sophisticatedly warm interior anchored by stone fireplaces that seamlessly open to floor-to-ceiling glass-doors to the outdoors in a lush landscaped patio.
Priding ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto directly from farmers and fishermen of the East West and Gulf Coasts. Taking advantage of fishing conditions we fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate a first in Arizona. Our steaks are of our own Buck & Rider-Reserve Beef and paired beautifully with our expertly crafted cocktails raw-bar items hand-rolled sushi and farm-fresh vegetables.
