Maitre d at Buck &Rider is a high-profile position that ensures top line hospitality to our very discerning clientele. Maitre d at Buck earns top dollars for this position on our team they actually get tipped out by our servers! An average shift runs around $30/hour!
Day in the Life:
- Greet all incoming and departing guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm
- Seat guests present menus announce special events
- Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service
- Manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times
- Ensure tables are clear and ready for next guests according to brand standards
- Learn open table restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into service areas
- Accept direction from Management
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
