The Manager of Business Analytics & Operations Support is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and overseeing the critical teams that capture and process operational data for the ABM Waymo account. This manager will be responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of all reporting financial analysis and KPI tracking as well as the direct management of the Call Center and CMMS teams ensuring data accuracy operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Management

Directly manage and lead the Call Center/Dispatch Team ensuring 24/7 service coverage rapid response to client requests and high-quality customer service.

Directly manage the CMMS Team (e.g. data entry specialists system administrators) ensuring the systems data integrity standardization and optimal performance for work order tracking asset management and preventative maintenance scheduling.

Set performance goals conduct regular one-on-ones and manage the training and development of team members.

2. Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence

Design develop and maintain dynamic user-friendly dashboards (e.g. in Power BI Tableau) to visualize operational performance facilities efficiency and financial health.

Lead the analysis of core Facilities KPIs (e.g. work order cycle time PM compliance asset utilization) and conduct in-depth financial analysis (e.g. variance analysis cost per square foot).

Utilize data from the CMMS ERP and other systems to identify trends operational bottlenecks and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

3. Data Management and Governance

Act as the subject matter expert and ultimate owner for all Waymo account data integrity ensuring accuracy consistency and reliability across all reporting platforms.

Oversee the configuration and optimization of the CMMS to align with operational processes and standardized data collection practices.

Collaborate with IT to streamline data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes for reporting purposes.

4. Stakeholder Communication

Present analytical findings operational performance reviews and strategic recommendations to ABM leadership and Waymo client stakeholders.

Develop and implement standardized reports and operational metrics for the entire account team.

Qualifications

Required

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science Operations Management Finance or a related quantitative field.

Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in data analysis/business intelligence and supervisory or people management roles.

Team Leadership: Proven experience managing technical or operational teams such as a call center dispatch or data management group.

CMMS Expertise: Strong working knowledge and administrative experience with a major Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (e.g. Maximo ServiceChannel etc.).

Data Visualization: Expert proficiency in at least one major BI tool (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for complex dashboard creation.

Preferred

Previous experience in the Facilities Management (FM) or Property Management industry.

Familiarity with financial reporting structures and job cost accounting principles.

Working Environment

This role is critical for both analytical insight and day-to-day service delivery requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational management.

Requires excellent communication skills to manage internal teams and present complex data to external client leadership.
