Job Summary
Intro
We are looking for an individual to join us in our finance team working with professionals from across departments and geographies. You will be responsible for the finance activities including daily accounting operations monthly closing statutory audit and reporting as well as tax matters. This position will be based in Singapore reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.
What will you do
- Prepareandmaintainfinancialreportsandaccountingrecordsinaccordancewithcorporateguidelinescorporatetimelinesandlocalstatutoryrequirements.
- Managethefullspectrumoftheaccountingfunctionsincludingpayablesandreceivablesfixedassetsmanagementgeneralledgerandcashflowmanagement.
- Preparemonthlyjournalandbalancesheetreconciliationscheckingandensuringproperaccountingtreatmentcompletenessandaccuracy.
- Provideaccuratetimelyandrelevantrecordingreportingandanalysisoffinancialinformation.
- AssistinthepreparationofthequarterlyGSTreportandreviewannualtaxreturns.
- Coordinateandliaisewithexternalparties()whererequired.
- Collaboratingwithstakeholderstoseekforcontinuousimprovementsininternalprocesses
- Support finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
