The Position

• Establish equity of Roche with patient organization as an innovative organization focused on patient access

• Develop the patient engagement strategy for Roche and mobilize patient groups to advocate key reforms in focus therapy areas

• Shape the PAG ecosystem in India towards desired patient empowerment

• Provide strategic guidance for continued growth of PSP focused on addressing patient needs

• Ensure cluster specific and relevant insights on hurdles faced by patients are available to Marketing partners and TA experts to enable cluster specific patient impact initiatives

• Establish equity of Roche with patient organization as an innovative organization focused on patient access

• Guide team to manage external partners monitor contractual agreements achieve vendor KPIs outsourcing management consistency with particular attention to create operating efficiency with additional value-add (i.e. social and environmental) while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements

• Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to mobilize resources from enabling function/community to support patient initiatives

Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience)

• Post graduation: MBA or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in Healthcare Sector

• Understanding of Indian healthcare sector and Patient advocacy
