Job Skills / Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Flex Security Officer on an on-call this role you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises assets and personnel. As a Flex Security Officer you must be prepared to work variable shifts and respond to calls as needed demonstrating flexibility and reliability in meeting the demands of the position. This IS a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols of assigned areas monitoring for suspicious activity and safety hazards.
- Control access to facilities verifying credentials and enforcing security protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies including medical incidents alarms and security breaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security incidents and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees visitors and clients.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to address security concerns effectively.
- Stay informed about relevant security policies procedures and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security-related fields preferred.
- MUST HAVE proven experience in security law enforcement or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to calls on short notice.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a State Security License
