Shipping Administrator

This role ensures smooth import and export operations by coordinating with logistics partners planners and carriers to prepare accurate shipping documents and permits on time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all shipping and trade documentation ensuring accuracy compliance and timely processing while coordinating with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Effectively manage resources people and processes by setting clear objectives priorities and plans overseeing budgets systems and workflows and leading professional projects.
• Contribute to team performance by aligning work with company goals supporting collaboration and personal development and ensuring readiness for future responsibilities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments peers management and third party logistic (3PL) partners to ensure smooth management of business requirements.
• Proactively suggest and implement ideas to improve workflows and processes within the Shipping Team and across other functions.

What are we looking for

• Have at least O level education and 2 years experience in Shipping 3PL or Freight Forwarding; Preferably with SAP experience.

• Possess strong communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners.
• Are proficient in MS Office and demonstrate the ability to prioritize monitor and follow up tasks efficiently.
• Experience with TradeNet Form D and other shipping documents is a plus along with knowledge of SG Customs NParks and other regulatory requirements.
• Can maintain inventory integrity meet KPIs ensure timely logistics execution and build effective relationships across teams and partners.
