Role OverviewBusiness Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within IT delivery projects. This role combines traditional business analysis responsibilities with Product Owner activities ensuring that requirements are well-defined prioritized and delivered to maximize business value. The individual will work closely with stakeholders delivery teams and leadership to drive clarity alignment and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Design Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) functional specifications and process flows. Design high-level and functional solution approaches for inputs to architects and developers. Facilitate workshops for requirement validation and solution walkthroughs. Translate business needs into clear actionable specifications for development teams. Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions. Support testing and validation of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with requirements. Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery. Support UAT by clarifying requirements and addressing defects.

Product Ownership Support Understand product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams. Support PO in managing product backlog ensuring prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility. Support PO in writing/refining user stories acceptance criteria and ensure clarity for development teams. Act as the voice of the customer during delivery ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable outcomes. Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with business sponsors delivery managers and technical teams. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field (Masters preferred).

Experience: o 8 years as a Business Analyst in IT delivery projects. o Proven experience as a BA or similar role in Agile environments. o Strong understanding of Banking business and Payments domain

Technical Expertise: o Strong understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies o Ability to work with tools like JIRA Confluence and other BA/PO tools.

Soft Skills: o Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
