The FOM will oversee operations of the team and is responsible for leadership & direction in achieving executional and operational excellence of all districts and territories.
He/She will be responsible in performing strategic sales & performance management review and analyze business parametersdevelop comprehensive execution plans incorporating marketing strategies business analysis & resource manage available ethical business resources (samples promats business- building funds) to drive sales and results. Regularly tracks national performance identifies markets changes and redirects efforts as appropriate institutes reporting mechanisms and performance management system.
Coach and mentor DSMs and TMs for growth and development
Responsible in building business partnerships with key healthcare practitioners and develop strong ties with key hospital entities.
Key Areas of Accountability :
1. Business Analysis and Planning
Develops comprehensive national business execution plans (incorporating marketing strategies SWOT analysis training needs resource allocation etc)
Regularly tracks sales performance and KPIs of the sales team and redirects efforts as appropriate
2. Drive Sales Results
Clearly and consistently conveys sales and execution expectations as agreed with the Sales Director; KPI setting promotional goals and available resources to drive business and achieve sales objectives Effectively manage all available resources (e.g. samples promats tactical budget) to drive sales productivity
3. Attract Coach & Develop Talent
Identifies performance gaps and trends that require coaching and reinforcement
Regularly reviews and completes Performance Excellence documents to ensure that performance management plans are met
Proactively attracts and recruits a diverse pool of high potential candidates to fill current posts
Develop succession and retention plans to enhance individual advancement potential
4. Build Business Partnerships
Manage and develops strong ties with decision makers of key hospital accounts foster strong partnership with departments and rapport building with HCP and nutrition societies. Supports CME Manager in roll-out of activities and co-manage implementation/tracking of activities. Develops and leverages professional relationships with KOLs and key customers Leverages relationships with internal business partners (e.g. Marketing/CME Finance SCO/Demand Mgmt SFE Manager Training) to support business
