Budget & Strategic Financial Management Lead

What You Will Do:

• Leverage financial expertise and intimate knowledge of federal and client-specific budget planning and financial nuances to support client efforts to strategically plan and execute their budget.

• Work across organizational boundaries and within complex client networks to support the full gamut of financial management activities.

• Work closely with senior clients and working-level counterparts to ensure full cohesion and coordination across budget planning and execution activities.

• Collaborate with Guidehouse colleagues across client engagements to bring the latest high-impact approaches methodologies and SOPs to ensure standardization and optimization across portfolio.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

• Bachelors degree

• TEN (10) years of experience in financial management

• Demonstrated experience of financial management within federal and/or national security environments

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• At least 15 years of demonstrated expertise in the strategic financial management realm.

• Experience performing financial management duties in the commercial world.

• A Masters degree within a finance-related field or a related discipline.

• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight while engaging with senior clients and representing their interests.
