We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator Logistics to join our team in Auburn NY. This is a First Shift position working at a competitive rate of $28.00 per hour. You will be eligible for full benefits starting on your first day of employment and you will receive 4 weeks of vacation time annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer service to manage expedited and hot orders
- Complete metrics tracking and reporting for the department
- Pick pull and confirm orders for shipment
- Coordinate efforts with the inventory team
- Oversee documentation and procedures for Canadian and parcel shipments
- Assist with various international orders including spreadsheet tracking and Grainger shipments
- Work closely with union members supervisors and shipping/inventory office staff
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks

- Previous experience in logistics shipping receiving or a related field preferred
- Advanced Excel experience and proficiency with spreadsheets and shipping software

- Willingness to learn all aspects of the shipping and receiving process
