IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR ROLE (BELFAST- HYBRID) -2 YEARS PQE

The Role:

- Provide legal advice on statutory and regulatory obligations relevant to the client ( environmentallawconnection agreementsprocurementcompetitionlawand licensing requirements).
- Monitor legislativeand regulatorychangesand supporttheorganisationin understanding impactsandrequiredactions.
- Draftreviewand negotiatecommercial agreements including supply contracts service level agreements framework contracts procurement documentation ITlicencesand consultancy agreements.
- Collaboratewith regulatory operationalengineeringand commercial teams to support strategic projects( upgrades network investment regulatorysubmissionsandcapital projects).
- Communicate legal issues clearly andconstructivelyto colleagueswho are not legal specialists.

The Person:

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Ability tomanagea varied workload and navigate a range of legalmatters across areassuch asprocurementcommercialcontractsregulationplanning andenvironmentinfrastructureprojectsanddataprotection.
- Strong legal andcommercial judgementand abletodeliverclearandpracticaladvice.
- Attention to detailand acollaborative solutions-focusedapproach.
