The Client Reporting Coordinator will support the production and delivery of regulatory and client-facing documents for all MD Financial business lines ensuring specific processes are executed & delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Complete the printing and delivery of all regulatory and ad-hoc documents such as tax slips RESP letters and KYC letters
  • Sort incoming mail faxes and packages for internal delivery to all MD Operations teams
  • Perform electronic document imaging of legal documents.
  • Generate and deliver client statements and corporate tax packages for all MD business lines as required

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:

  • A University degree College diploma or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
  • 1 year experience in office administration preferably in financial services
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • An ability to work and communicate effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Initiative are resourceful and have a focus on accuracy
  • The ability to assess develop monitor and improve complex business processes
