We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth across our regional market. This is a leadership role responsible for implementing sales objectives developing high-performing teams and executing strategic initiatives that align with company business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Telco market strong relationships with Tier 1 & 2 customers and a proven track record of building and scaling sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement and communicate sales objectives that support overall company business goals
- Devise and execute comprehensive plans and strategies for business development and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement sales techniques and processes that drive desired outcomes and ensure target achievement
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume market share and key financial performance metrics
- Manage key customer relationships and actively participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Manage key partner channels to promote products and services and increase sales revenue
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with a strong culture of success and achievement
- Develop and implement sales compensation and incentive programs that motivate and retain top talent
- Coach and develop regional sales leaders to maximize forecast accuracy win rates and market trends
- Create an atmosphere that encourages and motivates the sales team to achieve targets
Planning Analysis & Forecasting
- Design implement and manage sales forecasting planning and budgeting processes
- Oversee all sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategic performance metrics and targets consistent with company goals
- Conduct root cause analysis on results and implement corrective action plans as needed
- Develop both short-term and long-term tactical and strategic plans aligned with business objectives
- Create comprehensive operational plans that incorporate goals supporting the organizations strategic direction
Business Development & Growth
- Implement strategies to develop and expand the companys customer base
- Drive regional strategy for use case cross-selling on major accounts
- Formulate and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the region
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with key external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales sales leadership or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Telco market segments Tier 1 & 2 customers and carrier organizational structures
- Demonstrated experience coordinating strategic engagement-planning initiatives
Skills & Competencies
- Strong formal and informal leadership abilities
- Clear and solid understanding of organizational and industry challenges
