Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Outpatient SUD Therapist earning $28.50$44.03/hour at our outpatient clinic in Orem Utah. This onsite role is a solid mix of meaningful clinical work collaboration and work-life balance. Youll work directly with individuals experiencing substance use disorders in a supportive client-centered environment while being backed by a passionate innovative team that genuinely cares about both clients and clinicians.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
Compensation: $28.50$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based substance use disorder treatment approaches
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document services and client progress accurately using EHR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery
• Participate in team meetings focused on quality improvement and innovative care
• Maintain high standards of safety ethics and client-centered practice
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development within SUD treatment

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
