At SERVPRO our core business is water fire and mold restoration and there are enormous opportunities on the construction side!
Our new Construction Project Manager will:
- Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions
- Follow up on proposals that have been submitted
- Review proposals and/or blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate manpower and materials for projects
- Monitor job progress and quality control
- Manage customer relationships
- Work closely with subcontractors
- Know when to say I need help.
- They want more out of their job than just a paycheck!
- Previous construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Have reliable transportation
- Work a 40-hour work week during regular business hours (8am to 5pm)
- Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods (i.e. driving sitting climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Exposure to noise levels at sites that can be loud
- $60000-$65000 plus commission
