Job Summary
The On-Call Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and guest service. Bartenders play a vital role in creating a fun welcoming and efficient bar environment.
- Pay: $12.00 per hour tips
- Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (as needed)
- Expected Hours: 125 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests
- Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes and presentation standards
- Follow all alcohol safety regulations including checking identification preventing over-service and complying with all gaming and alcohol laws
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
- Ensure beverage quality and consistency at all times
- Stock bar supplies for current and upcoming shifts
- Clean wash and properly store glassware and bar equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned bar station and shared work areas
- Accurately handle financial transactions and process guest payments
- Promote a fun friendly quick comfortable clean and safe environment (The Big Six)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card
- Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing through the appropriate gaming authority
