Part-Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative

Pet Butlers National Contact Center is seeking Part-Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative for our busy Spring season. This short-term role (approximately 3 months) is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income gain professional experience and develop sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls promoting yard waste removal services and pet care
• Answer questions explain service options and encourage scheduling or upgrades
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services
• Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing

• Shifts are assigned based on your availability and business needs upon hire.
• Hours fall between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM MondayFriday and 8:00 AM 1:00 PM Saturday as needed
• Schedules will remain mostly consistent but may change as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Computer literacy & Typing speed of 45 WPM
• Comfortable communicating by phone and goal-oriented
• Pet care experience is a plus
