About the role
Joining our team as a Senior Java Developer you will collaborate withourcross-functional team to design build and optimise features/technologyfor the CSG Quote & Order product.
In your first 90 daysyoullget comfortable with our system build strong relationships with the team and kick-off new feature development to deliverawesomeoutcomes forourcustomers.
What you will do
- Champion clean efficient code by giving thoughtful PR feedback and holding the team tohigh standards.
- Mentor and inspire the team by sharing yourexpertiseand helping others level up their skills.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into impactful user-friendly features.
- Take ownership across our systems. Spot inefficiencies resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
- Evaluate new tools frameworks and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity.
Role requirements
- Youvebeen building with modern Java SE (17) for 5 years and know your stuff.
- You thrive on teamwork cancommunicateand collaborateeasily with your teammates.
- Linux and Docker are your natural habitat.Yourecompletely at home in this environment.
- You know your way around the development tools like GitHubMavenand Kubernetes
- Bonus points ifyouvedabbled in: AWS/Azure PL/PGSQLMyBatis Camunda BPMN Engine REST APIframeworksand other parts of our technology stack.
