Job Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain database systems for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Ensure data security integrity and availability through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Optimize database performance through monitoring tuning and indexing strategies
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate databases with applications
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience working with SQL and other database technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually
