Were a growing professional window cleaning company seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Commercial Sales Coordinator to support our sales efforts. This entry-level position focuses on following up with commercial estimates already delivered in person no cold calling.
- Follow up with commercial businesses on existing estimates
- Make professional outbound sales calls
- Build rapport and help convert estimates into booked jobs
- Update customer records and manage the sales map
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth scheduling
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Hourly pay performance-based bonuses

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
