Qualifications
As an On-Call Cocktail Server youll be a key part of our hospitality team providing excellent service to guests throughout the casino floor. This role is all about keeping the energy high while ensuring responsible safe and friendly beverage service.
- Pay: $9.00 per hour tips
- Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (as needed)
- Expected Hours: 125 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible
Responsibilities
- Delivering food and alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally to casino guests
- Providing fast friendly and attentive guest service at all times
- Following all alcohol safety standards including checking IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your assigned station and shared work areas
- Accurately handling payments and financial transactions
- Promoting a fun comfortable clean and safe environment for guests and team members
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of serving experience (cocktail serving experience preferred)
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- Ability to successfully complete alcohol awareness training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment including exposure to second-hand smoke and noise
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend kneel and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Availability to work at least one shift per month to maintain an active on-call status
