Job Summary:
Responsible for executing validation activities for e-cooling compressor including testing in real applications. Assists in developing test plans testing and completing test reports to ensure reliable product delivery for automotive and stationary cooling applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing validation plans and test specifications for e-cooling compressors.
- Participate in test bench setup test execution data recording and analysis.
- Support the development team in basic issue analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support field testing including test plan preparation test setup by customers and data evaluation.
- Organize test reports and documentation and assist in preparing customer deliverables.
- Conduct daily technical communication with internal and external teams under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Thermal Engineering Thermodynamics or related field.
- 23 years of experience in testing/validation preferably in e-cooling systems or thermal management with focus on refrigeration compressors
- Familiarity with automotive and stationary electronic testing standards (e.g. ISO 16750) is preferred.
- Strong teamwork mindset and learning agility.
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to read technical documents in English.
