What youll be doing

You will be joining the Enterprise Technology team as the Data Developer you will be responsible for responsible for designing developing and maintaining data solutions that support the organizations business objectives. This role involves working with large datasets building data pipelines ensuring data quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data engineering programming and database management. The role of a Data Developer is critical in enabling organizations to harness the power of data for informed decision-making and strategic growth. How Youll Succeed

• Data Pipeline Development: Design develop andmaintainscalable and efficient ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines to process and transform data from various :Identifyand resolve data-related issuesin a timely : Automate repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Database Management: Createoptimize andmaintaindatabases ensuring data integrity security and performance.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Data Quality Assurance:Monitorand validate data to ensure accuracy completeness and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation:Maintainclear and comprehensive documentation for data processes pipelines and systems.

Who You Are

• Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python SQL Pyspark or with ETL tools (e.g. Apache Airflow Talend Informatica). Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark Kafka).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and their data of data modeling and schema design.
• Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful problem-solving andcritical-thinkingabilities.
• Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Technology ora with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).Familiarity with machine learning workflows and of data governance and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
• Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
