About the Role
We are on the lookout for a motivated values-driven Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing clinical leadership team. This Team Leader role is perfect for a clinician keen to grow professionally while building (or expanding) leadership skills in a supportive autonomous environment.
You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Leadership Team and Director of Clinical Services to grow your capability in team leadership while continuing to deliver high-quality person-centred therapy.

About the Role
- Searching for clinicians (3 years experience).
- Sustainable productivity targets at 60% with incentives kicking in from 50%.
- Team and individual performance bonuses paid every 4 weeks!
- Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
- Formal structured supervision and mentoring included.
- Choose permanent part-time (13 days a week) full-time (4 days a week) or a 6/12-month contract.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
- A National Police Clearance Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
