Job Summary
A high-performing secondary school in Rushden is looking to appoint a motivated Maths ECT to join its strong and well-organised Mathematics department from January 2026.
The Role
Youll teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 working within a department that follows a clear mastery-informed curriculum. Lessons focus on modelling deliberate practice and building mathematical confidence step by step.
Shared planning centralised assessments and consistent routines ensure that ECTs are supported and never left to figure it out alone.
