About the Role

We are looking for an Account Management Co-ordinator to support account management by delivering global sourcing and procurement activities building strong supplier networks and ensuring timely compliant fulfilment of pharmaceutical products.

What will your job look like

• Support the Account Management team and delivery of the sourcing and supply strategy

• Build manage and expand global sourcing and procurement networks

• Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities across global markets

• Develop strong knowledge of customers suppliers products and the CTS/pharma industry

• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including CTS

• Source competitively priced products in line with ethical and business processes

• Work cross-functionally and with third parties to ensure timely accurate order fulfilment

• Ensure full compliance with GDP SOPs regulatory and contractual requirements

• Adhere to health & safety data protection and anti-bribery policies

• Promote continuous improvement and support wider business projects as required

What will you need to succeed

• To be able to come on site 2-3 days a week

• Strong communication skills written and verbal

• Well-organised with good administrative and planning skills

• Customer-focused proactive and commercially aware

• Confident positive and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong initiative with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills

• IT-literate across standard business systems and platforms

• Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset

• Able to work under pressure meet deadlines and adapt to change

• Flexible enthusiastic and eager to develop within the business
