Job Overview:

Responsible for planning scheduling monitoring and controlling HVAC projects to ensure timely execution with optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare and update project schedules for HVAC works

Track project progress and identify delays or risks

Coordinate with site design and execution teams

Monitor manpower materials and equipment planning

Prepare progress reports look-ahead schedules and MIS

Ensure projects are completed within timelines and planned resources

Required Candidates Profile:

B.E. /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC / MEP planning

Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)

Good coordination reporting and analytical skills
