Tasks
Youll be responsible for:
- Overseeing Ad Creatives process & planning
- Delivering statics videos for Paid Ads Teams (weekly)
- Analysing creatives performance
- Researching (trends/best practices)
- Leading Creative Team (video editors/designers/content managers) including performance management
- Setting up dynamic tracking / performance system
- Keeping consistent branding
- ... All related to pets :)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience LEADING the Ad Creatives process within a D2C brand
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and the e-commerce landscape
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams
- Use the hidden word Scaling in your proposal so we know you have an eye for detail.
- A passion for pets and making a positive impact on their lives is a big plus!
