Role: Lead STIBO MDM Developer Overall 10yrs needed

Location : Houston TX (Day1 Onsite)

Job Description:

A Stibo MDM job description requires experience with the Stibo STEP platform for Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM). Responsibilities include designing data models and workflows customizing Stibo STEP integrating it with other systems (like ERP or CRM) implementing data governance and quality processes and performing complex data transformations. Key Responsibilities:

Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules data models workflows and business rules.
Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP CRM and e-commerce platforms.
Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship quality and governance.
Data Management: Perform data cleansing enrichment and complex data transformations.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.

Required Skills & Experience

Stibo STEP : Strong hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.
MDM/PIM Concepts : A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices data modeling and entity-relationship diagrams.
Data Integration : Experience with data integration techniques including ETL REST APIs and web services.
Data Formats : Familiarity with various data formats like XML XSD JSON and CSV.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Desirable Qualifications

Stibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.
Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.
