Job Title: NICE Actimize Developer

Location: Pittsburgh PA (On-site 5 days/week)
Duration: 1 Year (Potential Extension / Indefinite)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NICE Actimize Developer with strong expertise in Actimize platforms and compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AML solutions banking risk systems and technical development within Actimize environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Leadership & SME
Act as Lead Application Analyst for Actimize platforms
Provide subject matter expertise in banking risk and compliance
Manage and analyze data flows particularly within RCM/ACTONE
2. Actimize Development & Configuration
Configure and develop NICE Actimize modules including:
ActOne
SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring)
IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
CDD-X
WLF
Implement system enhancements to meet compliance requirements
3. Technical Development
Perform coding customization testing and deployment
Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts
Work with SQL Server SSIS and Java
Support data integration and workflow configurations
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Apply strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Support risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
Strong experience with NICE Actimize solutions
Solid understanding of AML and financial risk systems
Expertise in SQL PL/SQL SQL Server SSIS and Java
Experience managing and optimizing data flows
