Salary Range: Up to $80000 - $100000 per year (Performance-based)

Job Summary

Well established dealership is seeking a detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator with specialized experience in GM and Nissan repair standards. As an integral part of our Collision Center team you will be responsible for creating precise repair plans managing insurance claims and ensuring our customers receive the award-winning service they expect from a premier family-owned dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate Estimating: Utilize CCC ONE and Mitchell software to write comprehensive profitable and accurate repair estimates.
OEM Compliance: Research and implement GM and Nissan OEM repair procedures to return vehicles to factory safety specifications.
Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with insurance adjusters on damage assessments supplements and digital imaging to ensure timely approvals.
Workflow Management: Partner with technicians to develop proper repair plans and communicate updates to customers throughout the repair lifecycle.
Quality Control: Conduct final inspections on completed vehicles to verify all repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 years experience as a Collision Estimator is required.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CCC ONE (required) and Mitchell estimating platforms.
Certifications: I-CAR or ASE certifications are highly preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and a strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies (ADAS).
General Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and be willing to undergo a background check/drug screen.
