Job Summary:
- Hybrid role; applicants must be local to Boston.
- Minimum qualifications: 6 years experience in the asset management industry and 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
- Serve as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role within an asset management company.
- Apply Agile principles and practices including the delivery of multiple epics releases and versions using a variety of Agile techniques (e.g. burndown charts retrospectives user story refinement).
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both senior leadership and teams with complex or demanding personalities.
- Implement Agile best practices and standards for product development.
- Guide and influence teams fostering trust while challenging them to improve and move beyond their comfort zones.
- Demonstrate and instill Agile core values: openness courage respect focus and commitment.
- Initiate plan and execute projects to achieve team goals and meet success criteria within given timelines.
- Influence leaders at all organizational levels even without direct authority.
- Practice servant leadership empowering team members and promoting equality within the team.
