About the Role:
We are hiring a Gen AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-gen AI solutions in healthcare. Youll work on automating clinical document summarization patient interaction AI agents and scalable LLM-based virtual assistants.
We are hiring a Gen AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-gen AI solutions in healthcare. Youll work on automating clinical document summarization patient interaction AI agents and scalable LLM-based virtual assistants.
Responsibilities Include:
Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs like GPT Falcon and LLaMA for healthcare-specific use cases.
Creating agentic AI workflows to assist medical staff with real-time recommendations and documentation.
Building robust pipelines for multimodal inputs including text audio and structured data.
Conducting evaluation and ablation studies to ensure accuracy robustness and compliance.

Strong grasp of LLM concepts vector search prompt engineering and embeddings.
Experience using tools like LangChain CrewAI Hugging Face Transformers and Pinecone.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and responsible AI use in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud MLOps pipelines (Azure AI Studio Databricks or AWS Bedrock).
