Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and improve laser-based processes and systems
- Execute experiments collect data and document settings and results
- Support laser system maintenance assembly debugging and new system start-up
- Work with internal customers to manage laser processing requests and deliver sample parts on time
- Maintain accurate process safety and experimental documentation
- Ensure lab cleanliness organization safety compliance and inventory management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a lab environment performing experimental work
- Hands-on experience with laser systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Associate degree preferred but not required
