Experience working directly with internal customers
Associate degree in engineering or scientific discipline

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and improve laser-based processes and systems
Execute experiments collect data and document settings and results
Support laser system maintenance assembly debugging and new system start-up
Work with internal customers to manage laser processing requests and deliver sample parts on time
Maintain accurate process safety and experimental documentation
Ensure lab cleanliness organization safety compliance and inventory management

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a lab environment performing experimental work
Hands-on experience with laser systems and mechanical troubleshooting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Associate degree preferred but not required
