Define and drive the technical roadmap for projects and
systems ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in C#/.NET
development providing guidance and expertise to
engineering teams.
Set coding standards and best practices for software
design development and deployment.
Mentor and guide engineers fostering a culture of
technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Software Design and Development:
Design develop and oversee complex software solutions
using C# Core.
Architect scalable secure and high-performance
applications and systems.
Perform code reviews to ensure quality maintainability
and adherence to standards.
Lead the design and implementation of new features and
functionalities based on business requirements.
Innovation and Strategic Initiatives:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies tools and
industry trends to foster innovation.

Requirement:
- 10 - 12 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science
- Strong backend experience
