Design training interventions to improve productivity of sales staff field agents and channel partners.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for regional trainers/managers.

Develop digital learning modules for scalable knowledge delivery.

Content Development & Delivery
-
Create engaging training content manuals e-learning modules and assessment tools.
-
Leverage digital platforms (LMS micro learning gamification) for impactful delivery.
-
Ensure content is up to date with regulatory and fintech industry changes.

Performance & Impact Measurement
-
Define metrics to evaluate training effectiveness (sales conversion productivity improvement time- to-performance).
-
Regularly review training outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.

Work closely with sales leadership to bridge skill and knowledge gaps.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor a team of regional trainers (if applicable).

Collaborate with Business HR and Compliance teams for end-to-end training needs.
