Job Description:
Looking for mid-level Business System Analysts with a strong technical background to support system analysis and related activities.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users subject matter experts and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for blockchain-based software solutions.
Conduct interviews workshops and document analysis to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for blockchain-driven improvements.
Create detailed requirement specifications including use cases user stories process flows and data models.
Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility in collaboration with collaborators.
Facilitate discussions and manage collaborator expectations building consensus across diverse teams.
Work within an Agile development framework participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development team during implementation.
Conduct validation and acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Continuously evaluate solution performance and gather feedback for future enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 of experience as a business analyst preferably in the financial sector.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or a related field.

Required Skills:

Mid-level experience as a Business System Analyst
Technical background including systems analysis
Strong querying skills
Experience with target mapping

Financial services domain exp
