About the Role

Client is hiring two Senior Full Stack Engineers to help deliver Phase 2 of a high-impact AI-enabled application. This phase is focused on building richer functionality improved performance and a stronger user experience. These roles are ideal for senior engineers who enjoy owning decisions shaping solutions and leading by example. Youll work closely with product AI and engineering teams and have real influence over how the application evolves. While both roles are full stack one leans front-end and the other back-end.

What Youll Do

Lead development for new features and enhancements in a production AI-driven application
Take ownership of technical decisions and architecture (not just ticket execution)
Collaborate closely with AI product and engineering stakeholders
Improve performance scalability and usability across the platform
Partner with a Brazil-based nearshore team while remaining onsite for key collaboration

Role Focus

Front-End Leaning Full Stack Engineer

Build modern intuitive user interfaces for complex workflows
Turn AI-driven outputs into clean usable experiences
Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services

Back-End Leaning Full Stack Engineer

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
Work heavily with Python and data-processing frameworks
Support AI and analytics workflows including large data sets

What Were Looking For

5 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full stack background (front-end back-end APIs)
Python experience (DASK is a strong plus)
Experience working on complex or data-driven applications
Leadership mindset - you take initiative and drive outcomes

Nice to Have

AI or ML-related project experience
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Experience enhancing or scaling existing applications
