Job Summary

Title: Full Stack Lead (WordPress PHP )

Location: Burbank CA or Orlando FL (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Mandatory skills: WordPress PHP React HTML CSS & Java Script. AWSGIT..

Good to have Knowledge on S3 Web server management SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now JIRA.

Full Stack Development:

Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress PHP (Laravel or Core) and ReactJS.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
Experience in JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery for dynamic responsive UI development
Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications

Support Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes enhancements and client queries.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC CI/CD Agile & Sprint programs.
Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams Hyper-Care support Performance optimization Unit Test & Integration test support
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers QA engineers and product managers.
Participate in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality security and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in:

WordPress (custom themes plugins REST API)
PHP (Laravel CodeIgniter or Core PHP)
ReactJS (Hooks Redux component-based architecture)
Experience in JavaScript Bootstrap and jQuery for dynamic responsive UI development
Experience with MySQL Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) is a plus.
Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
