Roles/Responsibilities:
- Manage reoccurring meetings which include assessments observations and enhancement in process/procedures as needed.
- Departmental procedure evaluation and analysis to identify and address weak points to enhance overall efficiency.
- Support in developing requirements presentations and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure that goals and expectations are met based on the timeline of the department.
- Assist different departments make data-driven decisions through organized data gathering and analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in the services listed in the Statement of Work
- Analytical experience in conceptualizing solutions to business problems effectively and in the most cost-efficient approach.
- Experience in building innovative solutions based on management goals and objectives that will also smoothen departmental operations/procedures.
