Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

Manage reoccurring meetings which include assessments observations and enhancement in process/procedures as needed.
Departmental procedure evaluation and analysis to identify and address weak points to enhance overall efficiency.
Support in developing requirements presentations and other necessary documentation.
Ensure that goals and expectations are met based on the timeline of the department.
Assist different departments make data-driven decisions through organized data gathering and analysis.
Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in the services listed in the Statement of Work
Analytical experience in conceptualizing solutions to business problems effectively and in the most cost-efficient approach.
Experience in building innovative solutions based on management goals and objectives that will also smoothen departmental operations/procedures.
