Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for AI Nexus business including SASVA iAura and Gen AI Hub tailored to enterprise buyers developers and innovation leaders.
  • Translate Persistents complex AI capabilities into clear compelling value propositions for target industries (e.g. healthcare BFSI hi-tech).

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for AI Nexus product launches updates and feature rollouts.
  • Collaborate with engineering solutioning and delivery teams to align roadmap with market needs and customer feedback.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct deep market research on AI trends adoption challenges use cases competitive landscape and customer pain points.
  • Build and refine buyer personas and use cases for AI adoption across verticals.

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales playbooks competitive battle cards and objection-handling guides specific to AI offerings.
  • Train sales and pre-sales teams on AI product capabilities positioning and differentiation.

Content & Campaign Development

  • Lead the creation of compelling thought leadership content including whitepapers webinars blogs podcasts and roundtables focused on AI innovation.
  • Partner with service line industry and performance marketing teams to build targeted campaigns that drive pipelines for AI products.

Customer Advocacy & Case Studies

  • Identify and cultivate customer success stories showcasing real-world impact of SASVA iAura and Gen AI Hub.
  • Develop video testimonials case studies and reference materials to support sales and marketing efforts.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for AI product marketing initiatives and track performance across channels.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging campaigns and content strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to stay ahead of AI advancements and translate them into market-ready narratives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA or technical background in AI/ML preferred.
  • 8 10 years of experience in product marketing with at least 2 years focused on AI ML or data-driven technologies.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling AI or SaaS products in B2B environments.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with marketing automation CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI frameworks LLMs and enterprise AI deployment models.
  • Understanding of data privacy security and compliance in AI applications.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and MLOps tools.
