Job Summary

JOB TITLE: F-16 Avionic Technician
LOCATION: Greenville SC
PAY RATE: $32-38/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations
Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

Build and install electrical harnesses and components
Route aircraft wiring and cable assemblies
Terminate crimp and solder wires and cables
Perform operational and functional checks
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems as assigned
Support general mechanical installations testing and inspections on the F-16 production line
Read and interpret schematics engineering drawings and work instructions
Operate ohm meters crimping tools soldering equipment and routing tools
Document test results in prescribed formats

Requirements:

Aircraft wiring and routing experience
Electrical harness build-up and installation experience
Wire and cable termination crimping and soldering experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Avionics testing experience (6 years preferred)
Aircraft systems operation experience (4 6 years)
Cable and wire harness experience (4 6 years)
Ability to read electrical schematics and wire harness prints

Work Schedule:

Monday Thursday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM
Shift assigned after training completion
