We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join our Private Funds Practice Group. In this role you will work on high-profile complex matters involving the formation and operation of private investment funds and related structures. You will collaborate closely with experienced partners and associates gain direct exposure to sophisticated clients and play an active role in shaping transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

You are a high-performing attorney with:

• 3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm advising on the formation and operation of private funds (including private equity venture capital credit impact and real estate) as well as related limited partnerships limited liability companies and joint ventures
• The ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in contributing to firm-wide and practice-level initiatives
• Admission to the state bar in which you practice or eligibility to waive in
