Sr. Executive – Sea Export – Logistics Industry

Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Sea Export for handling end-to-end Sea Export operations including customer coordination quotation management documentation and shipment execution. The role requires strong coordination with customers sales teams and internal branches to ensure smooth and timely export processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quotation & Enquiry Management :
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely quotations for Sea Export shipments.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
  • Update enquiries and quotation details accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and various branches for pricing routing and shipment updates.
• Sea Export Operations:
  • Coordinate with the export operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
  • Monitor booking stuffing cargo movement and documentation timelines.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them informed about shipment progress.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of export documentation including invoices packing lists S/B BL instructions etc.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance processes and CFS activities related to Sea Export.
  • Assist customers by explaining export documentation and procedures as required.
• Customer Coordination & Support :
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing queries promptly.
  • Provide guidance to customers on export processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• System & Reporting :
• Maintain accurate data in the system for enquiries quotations and shipment updates.
• Generate and share required reports with management or sales teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce Logistics International Business or related fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sea Export operations within a freight forwarding/logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of Sea Export procedures customs clearance and CFS operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating quotations and customer conversions.
• Familiarity with export documentation systems and digital tools.
