Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Design develop and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC
-
Build and customize Pega workflows case management UI and integrations
-
Configure Pega rules (Flows Activities Data Transforms Decision Tables etc.)
-
Integrate Pega with external systems using REST/SOAP services
-
Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments
-
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
-
Follow Pega Guardrails and best practices
-
Participate in code reviews and performance optimization
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Strong experience in Pega PRPC (v7.x / 8.x)
-
Hands-on knowledge of Case Management
-
Experience with Pega UI (Sections Harnesses Portals)

Good understanding of Pega rules engine

Experience in Integrations (REST SOAP Connectors)

Knowledge of SQL XML JSON

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) / Senior System Architect (CSSA)
-
Experience with Pega Customer Service / Pega Sales Automation
-
Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD and Pega Deployment Manager

Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
