Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead the design development and implementation of scalable Pega-based solutions. This role requires deep expertise in core Pega platform capabilities strong technical leadership and hands-on experience integrating Pega with modern data and workflow technologies such as Apache Airflow and Python. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading a delivery team and driving architecture decisions in complex enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

12 years of overall Pega experience with deep expertise in core Pega platform capabilities (PRPC Case Management Integration Decisioning)
Minimum of 5 years in a lead or architect role owning technical direction and mentoring teams
Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications
Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and data pipelines
Proficiency in Python including building or integrating services and automation
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs system integrations and data modelling
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) strongly preferred
Pega certifications (CSA CSSA LSA) strongly preferred
