We are looking for a Team Lead Inside Sales to manage and drive the inside sales team. The role involves handling inbound leads CRM data management and executing outbound calling campaigns through marketing tools to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets
Download analyze and allocate data from CRM systems
Handle and convert inbound enquiries effectively
Drive outbound calling campaigns using marketing automation tools
Track team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes
Requirements
46 years of experience in inside sales or telesales with at least 2 year in a team-handling role
Strong experience working with CRM tools and sales data
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams
Experience in outbound calling and lead management
