Job Summary

Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
Up to $1304.80 Daily Rate
12-month contract

Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Solution Architect to join their team.

The Solution Architect will lead the design evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to meet business and customer needs aligned with business and technology strategy to deliver optimal customer experience for Agency services.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document business requirements and propose solutions that meet business and customer needs and align with business and technology strategy
Develop solution designs to be reviewed by the enterprise design authority and participate in the review of solution designs for compliance with architecture and governance policy.
Lead the design implementation and testing of technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
Establish build and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged effectively throughout project ideation and delivery

Selection Criteria:

Very strong CRM / BPM product expertise. Knowledge of MuleSoft common ecosystem technologies (e.g. Drupal) and current market practices or trends. Understanding of AI and workflow automation.
General enterprise architecture and solution discovery experience in large complex organisational settings.
Experience with multiple new platform or application builds and system cut overs.
Experience in set-up and oversight of digital squads including other Engineers. Excellent documentation communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
