Job Summary

As an Appliance Repair Technician you play a key role in providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services for home appliances.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing home appliances and equipment.
Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs.
Effectively communicating with customers about the services needed.
Ordering parts and ensuring efficient use of company materials.
Collecting payment for completed work.

Ongoing Learning: As appliances evolve you should be eager to research and take advantage of training opportunities to stay up to date.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Previous experience of 2 years in full-time paid professional residential appliance repair background is required.
EPA License

Preferred Skills:

Sealed system repair experience.
Residential appliance experience.
R600 Lokring experience.
